Pricing is determined by several factors: material selection, part complexity (which affects
machine time), and quantity.
We offer very competitive rates for both single prototypes and small production runs because we
don't have the overhead of massive industrial factories.
The best way to get an accurate price is to send us your files for a free quote.
The process is streamlined for speed:
1. Submit: You send us your CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL).
2. Quote: We review them for manufacturability and send you a detailed
quote.
3. Build: Upon approval, we begin manufacturing immediately.
4. Deliver: We inspect the parts for quality and ship them directly to you.
Machining: STEP (.stp) or IGES (.igs) are preferred as they contain true
geometry.
3D Printing: STL, OBJ, or 3MF.
Laser Engraving: Vector formats like DXF, AI, or SVG are best for crisp lines.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days for most machining and
printing projects.
We understand that research moves fast, so we also offer expedited services (24-48
hours) for urgent deadlines, subject to material availability and shop capacity.
Yes. We are capable of shipping worldwide. Being located in Ontario, Canada gives us easy logistics access to the **United States** (often next-day) and **Europe**.
While our primary focus is manufacturing your designs, we can offer "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM) feedback to help reduce costs and improve part quality. If you have a rough idea but no CAD file, please contact us and we may be able to help or recommend a partner.
